Get Started

Follow our simple three-step process to book into a class that’s right for you:

Studio Policies:

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for your clinical/rehabilitation Pilates practice. Please review our studio policies and guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all.

Each session is tailor-made to you working according to your body needs using the full studio equipment such as a Mat, Reformer, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector, Arc Barrel, and Rehab Accessory Bundle.

These sessions are 1-on-1 and provide the most individual attention. You will also have studio space dedicated to yourself only. Exercises and programs will be tailored to address your goals and specific injuries, pain, or limitations.

MAYA Rehab Pilates is dedicated to empowering you to take control of your healing, reach your goals, and break free from any pain, injury, or fear.

1. Scheduling and Reservations:

To secure your spot in a class or session, reservations are necessary. Please arrive on time and not more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session as other classes might be in progress. Latecomers will still be allowed to attend the class, but the class will finish on time as scheduled to allow for the next booking to commence.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Health and Safety:

Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session. Clients with contagious illnesses or symptoms are kindly asked to refrain from attending classes until they are no longer contagious. Proper attire, including clean grip socks, is required for hygiene and safety.

4. Personal Belongings:

Please bring all your belongings into the Pilates room with you. We recommend leaving valuables at home as MAYA Rehab Pilates – Clinical Pilates Whitworth D.O.O. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Studio Etiquette:

Maintain a respectful and quiet atmosphere in the studio. Silence or turn off mobile phones during sessions. Please leave promptly after a class to allow new classes to start on time

6. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

Please bring your water bottle and a towel if needed. Use the provided cleaning supplies to wipe down equipment after use. Maintain personal hygiene, including clean workout attire.

7. Payment and Fees:

Payment for classes or sessions is due at the time of booking or before the class starts. If you are paying by cash please make sure to pay your instructor before the class starts to ensure your class can commence on time. We do not accept late payments.

8. Liability and Release:

All clients are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in clinical Pilates sessions.

9. Feedback, Concerns

We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please communicate with our staff or management.

10. Studio Updates:

Stay informed about studio updates, class schedules, and promotions through our website, emails, or social media.
